Position Summary / Career Interest:

Under the direction of the Sterile Processing Manager, the Sterile Processing Technician processes the instrumentation utilized in the operating room and ancillary areas according to regulatory standards and appropriate internal standards. The role provides and customer-focused service to all Health System team members, leadership and medical staff and to the patients/visitors. *Hours for this position are 11:00PM-7:30AM*


JOB REQUIREMENTS

Required:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • CRCST/CSPDT Certification required within 12 months of hire

Preferred:

  • Possesses CRCST/CSPDT Certification at time of hire
  • 1-year experience as Sterile Processing Technician
