"I enjoy working in ENT because of the staff and physicians in our department. The staff in our department are not only super fun to work with, but they are always willing to help each other out. Our physicians care tremendoulsy about the patients, but also the staff they work with in the clinic. This is a nightand day difference from what I experienced prior to joining ENT when I worked as an inpatient nurse at a different facility. I feel extrememly blessed and thankful to get to call ENT my home!"

"I love ENT because it is such a team environment, I work in kind of an isolated office at Facial Plastics but my team here is so incredible and helpful. I also feel like I can reach out to any other doctor, nurse or medical assistant in any department and get assistance.
I love the leadership here, I have worked a couple different places as a nurse and being able to feel so comfortable with managers, directors and physicians just makes a more cohesive and more comfortable environment.
All in all very happy I am here, and everyone should find this hidden gem in the hospital."
- Rachael Connell
"I like working in primary care because it gives me as a nurse the opportunity to develop relationships with our patients. Having a trusting relationship is important because our patient depend on us to assist them to navigate through the healthcare system during what may be a vulnerably time in their life. Educating and providing wellness information is also a reason I enjoy working in primary care, preventative actions help to reduce the amount of hospital visit as well as serious illness for our patients. Education also helps the patient to be actively involved in their own wellness."
