The Treasury Director is a senior financial leader responsible for enterprise treasury, capital structure, liquidity, and balance-sheet strategy. The role provides strategic leadership across investments, cash management, debt, leases, capital planning, financial reporting, and transaction support.

Responsibilities and Essential Job Functions
- Serve as a treasury and financial lead for enterprise transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, affiliations, joint ventures, and hospital integrations.
- Evaluate transaction structures and impacts to liquidity, capital structure, debt, and balance sheet.
- Partner with executive leadership, legal counsel, accounting, and external advisors on due diligence, financing strategy, and transaction execution.
- Assess and communicate post-transaction impacts to credit ratings, covenant compliance, cash flows, and long-term financial plans.
- Support integration planning related to treasury operations, financing, and financial reporting.
- Partner with Accounting leadership on treasury-related reporting and audits.
- Provide technical guidance on complex accounting matters.
- Provide enterprise leadership for treasury, liquidity, and balance-sheet optimization.
- Advise the CFO and executive leadership on capital capacity, financial risk, and long-range sustainability
- Ensure compliance with the Investment Policy Statement and recommend strategic updates.
- Oversee investment performance, asset allocation, and portfolio rebalancing.
- Direct daily cash positioning, forecasting, and system-wide liquidity management.
- Lead capital budgeting and multi-year capital planning processes.
- Monitor capital project spending and financial risk.
- Lead debt issuance, refinancing, and capital structure analysis.
- Serve as primary liaison with rating agencies.
- Ensure GAAP-compliant accounting and disclosure for debt activity.
- Lead leasing strategies and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Must be able to perform the professional, clinical and or technical competencies of the assigned unit or department.

Required Education and Experience
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting in Accounting, Finance, Business Administrative or a related field of study from an accredited college or university.
- 10 or more years of progressive treasury, accounting, finance, or public accounting experience
Preferred Education and Experience
- Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or a related field of study from an accredited college or university.
- 8 or more years of public accounting experience.
Preferred Licensure and Certification
- CPA, CFA, or similar certification
