Physician – General Neurologist

The University of Kansas Health System, Department of Neurology, is seeking a full-time General Neurologist to join its dynamic team and support the departmental mission of delivering the highest quality of care, as well as satisfying teaching, research, and academic responsibilities.

In this role, you'll be attending on the general neurology consult service, overseeing neurology residents in both hospital and clinic settings, with resident continuity clinic supervision occurring approximately once a month. Providing patient care in the outpatient neurology clinic will also be part of your responsibilities. You'll actively teach medical students in clinic and during inpatient consult service, occasionally delivering lectures. Scholarly activity in the realm of general neurology disease will be a focus, along with contributing to the Neurology program at the medical school. Furthermore, you'll develop independent research projects and publish scholarly publications stemming from your efforts.

Required Qualifications: 

• MD/DO
• Board certified/eligible in Neurology
• Eligible for licensure in Kansas and Missouri
