Physician - Emergency Medicine

The University of Kansas Health System, Department of Emergency Medicine, is seeking a full time Emergency Medicine physician to join to join our growing team. This position supports our mission of delivering exceptional patient care while fostering excellence in teaching, research, and academic scholarship.

Key duties consist of providing direct patient care in a high-acuity emergency department, along with active involvement in clinical teaching and supervision of medical students and residents. The role also includes participation in formal didactic education, including lectures, case-based discussions, and academic conferences, contributing to the department’s mission of excellence in education and clinical care.

Required Qualifications:

• MD or DO

• Board certification or eligibility in Emergency Medicine

• Eligible for medical licensure in Kansas and Missouri
