The call center trainer is a dedicated training resource for the 24/7/365 switchboard call center. This position is responsible for the development, execution and implementation of in office and virtual training for the switchboard team.

Responsibilities and Essential Job Functions
- Must be able to perform the professional, clinical and or technical competencies of the assigned unit or department.
- 24/7 availability to support training needs on all shifts
- Develop, implement, and lead in person and virtual training programs for the switchboard call center team
- Identify individual and team skills gaps. Provide training as needed
- Schedule all group and individual training sessions
- On going collaboration with departmental leadership
- Create training weekly, monthly and ad hoc training reports
- Assists with operational and quality duties as needed
- Must be able to perform the professional, clinical and or technical competencies of the assigned unit or department.

Required Education and Experience
- 3 or more years in person and virtual training program creation and implementation experience.
- 3 or more years of training experience in call center or customer service environment.
- Experience creating training materials for in person and virtual training.
Preferred Education and Experience
- Associates Degree in related field of study from an accredited college or university.
Knowledge Requirements
- Above average computer skills.
- Ability to communicate with a diverse population.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
