We are seeking a Recruitment Technician to join the Talent Acquisition team of the Human Resources department. This position is responsible for working closely with candidates offered for employment to complete all pre-boarding job requirements, and navigate the on-boarding process, all in a friendly and professional manner so candidate begins employment timely and with a positive experience. The Recruitment Technician will ensure all pre-boarding documents are thoroughly and timely completed, and all conditions of employment have been successfully met.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree required

Minimum of two years of administrative experience

Must possess excellent computer and organizational skills and have the ability to prioritize assignment, as well as strong attention to detail

Must have good interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to give group presentations

Prior human resources experience with emphasis in recruitment strongly preferred
