We currently have an opening for Nurse Manager Pharmacy Home Infusion

Compiles/analyzes data, prepares and presents statistical information on department performance, productivity, activity, budget to administration. Uses total quality management methods to improve performance and processes
Ensures the development and delivery of nursing education to staff. -
Evaluates performance and recommends promotions and/or disciplinary actions
Helps establish/implement goals, objectives, policies, procedures and systems for the Home infusion services.
Participates in professional development activities to keep current with health care trends and practices
Participates in the development and implementation of long-range plans and budgets; monitors and controls home infusion expenditure within budget
Resolves problems in home infusion services and ensures compliance with regulations and standards
Selects, trains/orients, and supervises departmental personnel. Responsible for work assignment and daily operations and patient care. Directs and supervises nursing services in accordance with governmental and other regulatory standards.
Serves as liaison between home infusion and external agencies -
Works with healthcare team to ensure quality patient care and services are provided, including nursing care essential to the assessment, promotion, maintenance and restoration of patients' health and wellness; suggests solutions to patient care problems
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Master's Degree preferred
Minimum two years of nursing management experience required; home health/home infusion management experience preferred
Minimum of five years professional nursing experience in medical surgical nursing or critical care required; home infusion experience preferred
BLS Certification required
Professional Nursing Certification such as CRNI preferred
Registered Nurse in State of Kansas and Missouri required
