Brief Overview of Responsibilities:

We are seeking a Learning System Analyst to join our Learning and Development team. This position is crucial in furthering the development of our employees on all levels. The Analyst will organize and execute learning programs, as requested by the departments we serve and in conjunction with our One Human Resources vision. Collaboration with department leaders is necessary to deliver world-class learning experiences. We will count on the Analyst to leverage our Learning Management System to deploy a variety of solutions to our department teams. Experience developing surveys and assessments is a must for this role.

Demonstrated experience and knowledge of Learning Management Software Systems is a must. Understanding of SCORM and AICC Standards is a must. Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent required

Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred

3 - 5 years' system administration experience supporting an internet browser based application required

3 - 5 years' helpdesk support experience preferred

Knowledge of the learning development lifecycle required

Knowledge of the AICC and SCORM standards preferred

Ability to create custom reports that meet customer needs required

Ability to write SQL queries

High level of self-initiation ability, working independently

Works collaboratively with a team
