Brief Overview of Responsibilities:
We are seeking aLearning System Analyst to join our Learning and Development team. Thisposition is crucial in furthering the development of our employees on alllevels. The Analyst will organize and execute learning programs, as requestedby the departments we serve and in conjunction with our One Human Resourcesvision. Collaboration with departmentleaders is necessary to deliver world-class learning experiences. We will count on the Analyst to leverage ourLearning Management System to deploy a variety of solutions to our departmentteams. Experience developing surveys andassessments is a must for this role.
Demonstrated experience and knowledge of LearningManagement Software Systems is a must. Understanding of SCORM and AICC Standards is amust. High School Diploma or equivalent required
Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred
3 to 5 years in developing web-based learning required
MS Skills, Web 2.0; Java script; HTML, Photoshop, Flash, video editing and rapid authoring tools required
High level self-initiation ability, working independently, and works collaboratively with a team required
