Senior Community Outreach Liaison Job

Shift: Days

Hours: 8-4:30 p.m.

We currently have an opening for Sr. Community Outreach Liaison


Responsible for the outcome and evaluation of these events to ensure they meet the strategic goals of the organization.

Projects and events to include press conferences, groundbreakings, building openings, staff celebrations, sponsorships, media announcements, partnership announcements and any others as identified to support the organization.

Responsible for all event logistics to include planning, set-up, catering, volunteer recruitment and packing/transporting of event supplies.

Works with all hospital departments to ensure hospital strategic product lines and related services are promoted and supported through events, sponsorships and other opportunities.

Responsible for all communication needs for events through our website, intranet, social media and media outlets.

Responsible for identifying and coordinating collateral materials, advertising and direct mail as needed to promote events.

Reviews event and project success and facilitates wrap-up meetings and recommendations for future planning and sponsorship considerations.

Manages and coordinates details of assigned sponsorships and activation of sponsorship benefits.

Evaluates program and event opportunities implementing new creative ideas for involvement and partnering.

Attends and staffs all events as needed.


  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field required
  • Master's Degree in a related field preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate and interact with a wide range of contacts.
  • Ability to create Word documents, mail merge, layout basic flyers, insertions of clip are and various logos.
  • 3-4 years in corporate community relations and event planning required, 5+ years preferred.
